I20050610-1757 (3.1RC2)

With a big dialog font, the refactoring preview dialog cuts the title (title
area does not expand vertically). This was fine in 3.0.2.

Furthermore, the preview file name and comparison titles do not respect the
dialog font settings. This was already wrong in 3.0.2.
