I do not know if this really an PDE problem, but it happens there.
Open a PDE Plugin Manifest Editor and switch to the extensions tab.
On any text widget on the "Extension Element Details" Viewpart, the standard
shortcut Ctrl-V for paste does not work, but pasting with the mouse does work.
Strangely, after selecting some characters in the widget, Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V are
working.
This does not happen on the "Extension Element" Viewpart.
