If CVS files are locked and you try to do a "Show Resource History" in the
CVS Repository Exploring perspective nothing appears in the history view.

The following output appears on the command line.

Unhandled event loop exception
Reason:
Failed to execute runnable (java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string:
"24      locked by: mem;")
