3.1 RC1, Motif, KDE 3.3.2, X.org 6.8.2, Linux 2.6.11

When I drag a view out of the workbench window on Motif, the pointer still
changes to a detach pointer.  If I let go of the button, nothing happens.  It
might be nice if the detach icon didn't appear at all.
