I am sure this has been discussed already.  I just want to mention that it 
confuses me when view tabs are shown at the bottom for detached views.  Why 
don't you show the tabs at the top?

(Is this configureable?)

I am also confused by the empty space above a detached view for view that don't 
have a toolbar. I assumed the context menu in the empty space belongs to the 
tab group, but it belongs to the active view.
