Using I20050526

The show tooltip description menu item and F2 shortcut key do not seem to 
work.  They should show hoverhelp for item at cursor position.  This is an 
accessibility issue because without this menu item, you cannot perform hover 
help which includes source annotations.

Note: this should be at least P2 since this is accessibility issue

the document partitioning was not being set on the information presenter.  Fix 
is to add the following line to getInformationPresenter in 
StructuredTextViewerConfigurationJSP/HTML/XML/JS

fInformationPresenter.setDocumentPartitioning(getConfiguredDocumentPartitioning
(sourceViewer));

fix is included in bug 71271's patches so adding dependency to bug 71271

reassigning to david so he can mark this as fixed when bug 71271 patches are 
applied

Verifying a number of these on Amy's behalf, since she opened and fixed them on
my behalf :) And ... I did review, apply the patches, and confirmed all was well
at the time. Any new "missing resources", etc., would simply be new bugs.
