All validation messages are showing up twice in the problems views. Looks to be 
an issue in the framework where 2 files with the same uri are being passed to 
the validators and hence 2 same errors messages put out by the validator.

This problem is due to that fact that 2 files with the same name but in
different locations are being captured by the build delta and passed to the
validation builder for validation and hence 2 errors are being put out

duplicate of 97756 - Once the .deployable folder is removed this defect will be
fixed
