When hovering above a folded region (i.e. on the '+' button in the gutter), the
popup that is drawn to show the contents of the folded region, is drawn to the
left or the right hand of the button depending upon which monitor (of a 2
monitor setup) the woekbench is displayed on. This makes the popup difficult, if
not impossible, to read when it is drawn to the left, as it may drop off the
left of the screen. Presumably the correct behavour is to draw on the right-hand
side? This bug might be apparent in other popups, though I haven't got the time
to check.
