When debugging and following the stack trace from the Debug-view, the active
editor can change. The titlebar does not show the name of the active editor when
the active editor is changed from the stack trace in the Debug view. This is
inconvenient because often the full name of the active editor is not completely
visible in the tab of the editor. In that case I look at the workbench titlebar
where I expect to see the complete name, which in this debugging sceneria it
doesn't.
