I20050513-0010

A minor polish issue, but by default, the externalize strings dialog provides a
prefix that is the name of the current class plus a dot. When the "Use
Eclipse's...mechanism" checkbox is checked, all of the keys are marked invalid,
because "Some keys are not valid Java identifiers". First, this isn't nice,
since it's an Eclipse-supplied default anyway. Second, leaving users to choose
their own default string prefix will lead to unnecessary differences in naming.
