To reproduce,

1. Start a background job that will generate an error (such that the animated
error dialog will open from the status line)
2. Bring another (non-eclipse) window in front and maximize it.

When an error occurs, the rectangle animation will be shown on top of the other
application, even though Eclipse is not visible.
