Build: M7 candidate

startup.jar in delta pack is corrupt.  Probably Bugzilla did it.

Just downloaded eclipse-RCP-I20050513-0010-delta-pack and the startup.jar is 
still corrupt.

This has been temporarily fixed for M7 by replacing the startup.jar in the zip.
However, we need to update our build scripts so the startup jar is copied from
the current build.
