Cut/Copy/Paste is very unreliable in recent builds. In many cases Cut and Copy doesn't put anything in 
the clipboard, so that Paste inserts old contents into the document. In other cases Paste doesn't even 
work or it inserts stuff into an editor that does not have focus.

It seems that enablement or retargeting of the actions or the focus/selection handling no longer work 
reliably.

Sometimes restarting Eclipse fixes the problem for an hour or so.
