In bug #83241, the user had some errors at build time because the
build.properties was incorrect and pde build was not verifying it.
Pde build now raises an error when a source is not set but an warning in pde ui
would be best.

The problem in the build.properties of by 83241 was an unset value in the
build.properties:
  source.my.jar =
