To reproduce this bug:

1. check out a file
2. change a file
3. save the change
4. remove the change (so the file is identical to cvs again)
5. do a compare with cvs

I understand that the file would reasonably be marked changed prior to step 5,
but after step 5 eclipse should realize that the file is identical to cvs and
remove the changed marker.  Otherwise there is a view showing no changes and a
view showing changes, which is inconsistent.
