Right now, there is no useful topic in JDT user doc to hook from Intro 
Overview page.

Please add one that is:

- Suitable for describing major features of JDT to new users
- Has a catchy picture
- Has related links for reading more about feature mentioned in the text

Let us know the topic href so that we can hook it from intro.
