Provide printing support for Tree widget. This should enable printing the
content of a Tree/TreeViewer based editor or view. 

Some of the possible use cases are:
(1) Printing the content of the Package view would be a quick reference to
package structure of a project. 
(2) Printing the content of the Outline view for a class would serve the purpose
of the class diagram for that class.
(3) Many RCP applications have TreeViewer based editors and views. Printing the
content of such editors and views is a basic requirement in many cases.

I think this is really a duplicate of bug 26095 which asks for general printing
support for widgets.  I think you can use the technique described in bug 24362
to grab the visible part of the widget, but it's a bit of a hack.
