There should be a mechanism whereby a client can receive callbacks 
before/after a resource has been loaded/saved. This could be done by providing 
(an) interface(s) for which (an) implementation(s) could be specified via 
load/save options. These callbacks could be used (for example) to process the 
extension map for a resource after it's been loaded, or to keep track of when 
resources have started/finished being loaded/saved.

Added XMLResource.ResourceHandler interface and OPTION_RESOURCE_HANDLER. 
Please, verify the fix.
