Team->Restore From Repository only lists files that are in the Attic, and misses
dead files that are in the directory itself.  Remember, the Attic is only used
when a file has a dead state in the trunk (HEAD).  So, a file that exists in
HEAD and is deleted in a branch will not appear in the Attic (but a file created
in a branch will, regardless of whether or not it is dead.)
