build i0218-1333

- create a new plug-in working set called PDE
- add pde.core, pde.ui
- do a Java search for references to the IResource type

For me, this provides 0 matches. I would expect a million. Or two.

Same results whether those projects are in the workspace or only in the target
(and added to the Java Search).

that's not how plugin working sets were originally meant to be used.  but ok.
