Preference dialog tree viewer has an unnecessary margin on the left. It shows 
clearly when the tree is expanded enough levels to force the horizontal scroll 
bar. The scroll bar should go all the way to the left edge of the white area.

The tree seems narrower than it was in 3.0. Even with this margin, the total 
amount of white area seems smaller.
