Description Kim Horne CLA 2005-02-09 13:19:29 EST
It should be possible to define icons for activities and categories so that more
complex enablement UIs can look snazzy.

I've added getImageDEscriptor(IActivity|ICategory) to IWorkbenchActivitySupport.
Test cases still need to be written to verify behaviour and dynamic plugin support.

Mazen, I understand you guys had to implement your own solution for this...
Comment 3 Mazen Faraj CLA 2005-02-10 08:54:15 EST
yes Kim, we did. we used a custom extension point to bind category/image.
With these apis, we can throw that code away at some point.
I will try using these new Category images in the SDK Intro. Its on the to-do
list now.
