- File > Import > Existing Project into Workspace > Browse

- now choose a folder for another (large) workspace.
- note that all files in that folder are searched to find projects.

- but since this is the root for a number of projects it would seem that it
should only search at the top level for projects and not go deep into the file
system

Actually this is not a duplicate of bug 81760, my point is that once you do
choose a project it takes too long and should not have to search all files.
