In the JSP editor, when I put taglib declaration, auto-completion works fine :

ie : <%@ taglib uri="http://struts.apache.org/tags-bean" prefix="bean" %>
allows me to use autocompletion the page

If instead of taglib declaration, I include another jsp file that contains this
declaration, auto-completion is not available anymore :

ie : <%@ include file="/common/taglibs.jsp"%>
where /common/taglibs.jsp contains : 
<%@ taglib uri="http://struts.apache.org/tags-bean" prefix="bean" %>
doesn't work.

This problem occurs with :
Version: 3.1.0
Build id: 200412162000

This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP defects already verified by the reporter but awaiting closure by the assignee.  If you feel this defect was closed inappropriately, please reopen.
