The ability to pause and resume during test executiong should be supported. 
Note that this ability may only be supported for certain test types.

Assigned as per the 4.1 design doc discussion in the AG meeting.

For manual tests alone, and must support rebooting the machine and picking up
later.

Closing by default since not closed by the originator in the 7+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the resolution is not correct.
