The "Add Directory" and "Add Zip" should be "Add Directory..." and "Add Zip..."

The "Source root:" text field needs an accelerator

Duplicate accelerators: 'U' for "Use default..." and "Up"

This hint at the bottom might be better placed at the top?
As well shouldn't it be the project's properties not settings?

Fixed in LauncherMessages and JavaUISourceLocator.
Please verify.

Verfied. Removed "hint" at bottom, as it just seems out of place.
