Currently CVS Resource History view allow to conveniently drop links from
Synchronize and Package Explorer views. It will be also handy to be able to drop
links from CVS Repositories view in order to see history of remote resource.

Attempt to create CvsResourceTransfer object for DND

I tried to enable dragging from CVS Resositories view (see attached patch), but
for some reason it does not work. Method dragSetData() on DragSourceListener
that I've added to repositoris view is not being called after method
dragStart() sets event.doit = true. Please advise what am I doing wrong and
thank you in advance.

Eugene, I'm not an expert on drag and drop so I can't really help you with 
your question. You may want to ask a more specific question on the eclise-
platform newsgroup (i.e. give a code snipet and ask why it doesn't work). You 
may get your answer there. We don't plan on addressing this is 3.1 ourselves.
