when I try to open the file eclipse.exe I get the following error message :
A Java Runtime Environment(JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) must be availble
in order to run Ecilpse. No Java virtual machine was found after searching 
the following locaions :
c:\eclipse\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe
'javaw.exe' in your current PATH.

I don't know what to do... please help.. :(

You have to have a JRE installed to run eclipse since it is written in Java. See
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/faq/eclipse-faq.html#users_0.5 item 5 for more
details.
