build I20041221

- select org.eclipse.ui.workbench in package explorer
- compare with revision > latest version
- it takes a while to compute (running as background job by default)
- while working on it, the Sync view shows:
No changes in 'CVS Compare 'v20050110-1600' (/org.eclipse.ui.workbench)'.
- when the job is complete, this gets replaced with the diffs

The message is confusing because it suggests that there are no changes, but in
fact there are.
