build I20041221
VM: pj9n142-20040928a with -Xj9

In DefaultTabFolder's constructor, there's the following expression:
    Image hoverImage = WorkbenchImages
        .getImage(IWorkbenchGraphicConstants.IMG_LCL_VIEW_MENU);

If I set a breakpoint on the first line, then step into when hit, it steps over
the whole expression.  Apparently it's only breaking on the assignment, after
the getImage has already been done.
