The "Use source page as the default" option on the plug-in editors page seems to
have no effect.  I am assuming it is supposed to relate to what page is selected
when you open a plugin.xml file.  Searching for references to
IPreferenceConstants.P_USE_SOURCE_PAGE returned matches from only the preference
page.

This preference has now been officially retired.  I removed all final traces 
of it.

It became no longer relevant when we introduced the all-in-one editor, with 
multiple source pages.

The current behavior where we remember the last page selected when reopening 
the editor on the same file is much better.
