It is not possible to create a Outlook or Word Ole Client if the Norton 
AntiVirus Programm is running. The Problem is that in the registry is a 
InProcServer32 entry with value:
C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Symantec Shared\Script Blocking\ScrBlock.dll

If I delete this entry then the creation of a Outlook or Word Client works 
fine.
