We have this problem in R3_0. 
When the “Error running operation” dialog pops up the user has to explicitly 
click on the first error to see details about it. This shouldn’t be necessary. 
Especially novice users don’t know that to get more information they are 
required to click on the error. If we automatically select the first error 
that will save the user some time and wondering. In most cases the dialog show 
only one error so selecting the first error is better than no selection. In 
the case of multiple errors in the dialog, selection the first one still makes 
sense since it give a cue the user than browsing the errors will show more 
info.
