build I20041124

- did a sync all
- while waiting for it, was browsing a web page in Firefox
- the sync got an error (trying to contact ottcvs1 while outside firewall)
- the animation for the dialog appeared over the Firefox window, even though
Eclipse was hidden 
- both apps were maximized, but Firefox was in front

I would only expect the animation to be seen over the visible parts of the
Eclipse shell.
