I terminated a Java debug session and found these exceptions in the log.

This has only happened once, and if nothing immediately useful can be extracted
from the logI suggest that this PR is closed as WONTFIX.

NB! Examine the *last two* exeptions in the log. 

The log contains lots of other exceptions that are related to CDT.

The NPE in the RunToLineActionDelegate was possible. Fixed. I will open a new 
bug for the class cast exception, which lives in JDT-UI.
