Use F1 to display the document element for the CBE property.
 Usability says we cannot display large amounts of data in flyover
 help.

Access to the CBE property templates (for example, creationTime format, 
severity levels, etc.)

There are a lot of places in the UI where CBE attributes are required to be 
selected. We need to provide a description of what the attribute is and what 
are the appropriate values.
This is an usability issue and can be solved by adding context sensitive help 
or hyperlink help for the UI components that handle this type of attributes.
Components affected : search and filter dialog in Log and Log Interactions 
views and Generic Log Adapter editor.

The CBE properties file is already in
org.eclipse.hyades.logging.adapter.ui.doc.user/ref/rcberef.html for 3.3i1

The F1 help can reference this file.
