The new action enablement supports text selections. Since the content of a text 
selection is simply a string there is no way to distinguish a text selection 
from a Java editor from a text selection from a normal text editor. To better 
control enablement of Java UI actions that work on text selection it would be 
helpful if the provider of an text selection can be used as an enable criteria.

This could look like this
