I20041026

Errors are apeparing for some object contributions that use enablement
expressions with a "test property" as a top level element in enablement.

For example:

Severity	Description	Resource	In Folder	Location
	Creation Time
2	Element 'test' is not legal as a child of element 'enablement'.

I believe this is an error with the workbench extension point schema for
popupActions. The enablement is honored/working, and appears valid.
