Description Veronika Irvine CLA 2004-09-30 13:11:47 EDT
In workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench\workbench.xml both
the view id and the partName are stored. The partName is a translated
string. If I switch between languages, the partName is remembered and I do
not get the correct translation. Starting eclipse with -clean does not fix
this.

For example, install the 3.0.1 translations and start eclipse with "-nl fr".
Open the view "Erreurs". Now close eclipse. Now start eclipse with "-nl
de". Note that the view still has the title "Erreurs". If I click on the
view, its name changes to "Fehler".

Tod, this seems very familiar to me. Didn't we discuss this during the 3.0 cycle?
