build 3.0.1 RC2

-Open the navigator or package explorer
-create a project named a
-create a folder in a named a
-create a file in folder a named b
now try to create a folder named b in folder a

error in the wizard says file exists... but we are creating a folder here.

This is the correct behaviour though...files and folders live in the same
namespace...
