Hyades 3.0.1 When using the launch configuration to use the perfmon, it's very hard for new users to figure out how to use it. The configure perfmon counters dialog is somewhat hidden.. you have to know that you should right click on the agent and select the action, and then open the statistical UI. This defect may not be valid if a slight reworking of the UI were performed - it would be much better to have these counters shown in the tree in the statistical UI itself, rather than having checkboxes showing which one is being shown in the UI.
This is the same problem we have had with the view for a long time. It uses code from the editor and it doesn't fit properly. This code was added after discussion with Valentina's team because the statistical view doesn't export the same extension points as StatCon. In StatCon all counter configuration is done via the main tree.

The statistical viewer have been added by Valentina's group in an effort to make the statistical feature align with Hyades UI visualization. This was a temporary solution and in order to move forward and provide the best solution for this function, the ownership of the code should be assigned to the perfmon team( as well as any refactoring required to make the actual code better integrated with the Hyades framework, from a data visualization and lunch configuration perspective)
