Dialog box with title "Eclipse" and message below:

..only an "OK" button appears on the above dialog box.
The above crash happened while in the "New Java Project" window.

Managed to re-create the bug again, with a different exitdata readings:

Steps:
File, New, Project, 
select Java Project..
select Create Project at external location..
Browse, 
and a right-click on a folder selection causes the application to crash.

I believe this a known issue but I can't find the bug report...
