Description in example wizard is truncated for some locales.

The description text for some NL-enabled examples does not display totally 
unless the user resizes the window. 

Consider enlarging the example wizard's dialog.

for the corresponding defect targeted for 3.1 (i2).

This is a problem with Eclipse's New wizard; our code hasn't been called yet at 
this point. Closing this defect and reassigning the corresponding one (bug 
72191) to eclipse UI component.
