There should be a view that allows the user to inspect all accelerator keys 
that have been assigned in the platform. Ideally it would contain the 
following columns: 
 
Key combination
Resulting action
Plugin that installed the accelerator key

I'm already working on something similar.  The four columns that I'm displaying 
are: category, command, key sequence, and context (when).  Is knowing the 
plug-in really necessary?
