Win-IE5 ... I see a long delay when I click on first topic. I have a feeling 
this corresponds to the IE "looking for proxy settings" but in the help 
perspective it just looks like things are not working. After the first topic 
shows (15-20 sec or so) things are OK.

This is an Internet Explorer issue and we documented in the README.
