Summary: Surrogate – surrogate characters cannot be displayed correctly in the
bookmarks view.
Steps to recreate problem:
1.	Open a bookmark view through “Window à Show View à Other…
àBasicàBookmarks”;
2.	Add a new bookmark, make its name contains surrogate characters, for
example “newbookmark\ud840\udc00”;
3.	The bookmark is added in the bookmarks list, but the surrogate
character can not be displayed correctly in the “Description” column;
4.	Filter the bookmarks with that surrogate character, the bookmark can be
found although we cannot see that character in it.

<<Error>>
Surrogate characters cannot be displayed correctly in the bookmarks view.

<<Expected Result>>
Surrogate characters can be displayed correctly in the bookmarks view.

<<Cause>>
Bookmarks view does not support font setting.

<<Solution>>
Modify BookmarkView.java to support font setting according to “Text Font”
setting in “WindowàPreference…àWorkbenchàColors and Fonts”. Add BookmarkView
objects to PropertyChangeListener and add property change event handler in
BookmarkView.
