STEPS
1) Select a project
2) Select Compare With-> Another version
3) Hit Run in background
4) Job will be in progress view with a link to select
5) Select the link
6) This populates the sync view but does nto bring it to the front. You will 
only know what is going on if you read the hover text

This is a problem with the progress view. Tod knows how to reproduce and I
understand that this will be fixed for 3.0.
