The schema for org.eclipse.debug.ui.filaunchShortcuts is incorrect. It 
includes the common expressions schema (which is fine), but it also defines a 
duplicate element 'enablement' that has no content model. This element masks 
the one defined in the included schema. As a result, PDE builder is confused 
and reports fake warnings.

To fix it, just remove 'enablement' definition. Once you do that, 
add 'enablement' to the grammar of the parent - the reference to 'enablement' 
that will appear in the pop-up menu will now come from the included schema.

We will be fixing a related defect for RC3 (when included schema is in an 
external plug-in), so you may need to pick up a fresh Wednesday afternoon 
build in order to verify the fix.
