While doing a Build All, "Verifying <plugin>/plugin.xml ..> takes much time than
"Compiling <...>.java" files. 2.0 Eclipse is much faster than 3.0. Is there any
way to skip this "Verifying plugin.xml" ??

Plugin.xml verification belongs to PDE.
