The explorer frequently loses track of which files are in a package.  By this I
mean that if I click on one file to open it, it instead opens another from the
same package.  It also sometimes displays multiple files with the same name
rather than showing all the correct filenames within the package.

I haven't figured out exactly what sequence of events causes this yet, but it
happens fairly frequently (2-3 times a day), so is a pretty serious bug.

It could be related to bug 26388 or bug 65782, especially if the explorer is
assuming the files should be in a certain sequence.

This is on eclipse 3.0 RC2 on liinux fedora core 2.
